Schedira
Platform

How the platform is built.

A deterministic engine calculates. Agents explain. People approve.

The principle

Schedule values are read from P6’s own calculated data in the XER file, not re-derived from scratch. The engine reproduces P6’s calculation logic for comparison and what-if analysis, and is validated against P6 directly. Agents sit on top of the engine to explain what changed; they do not calculate dates or float themselves.

Sources

P6 XER exports, contracts, subcontracts, daily reports, and correspondence, indexed as they arrive.

Engine

A deterministic scheduling engine that reproduces P6’s calculation logic, used for comparison, float, and what-if analysis. Validated against P6 output directly.

Agents

Schedule, field, and document agents that read from the engine and source index, and explain what changed and why.

Workflows

Your process, defined once: the monthly update, notice checks, subcontract reviews, run step by step with approval gates.

Actions

Internal alerts run automatically. Anything contractual or external is drafted by Schedira and sent by a person.

Checker

A separate pass that verifies every output against its source before it reaches a workflow approval gate.

Evals

Accuracy is measured against real schedules and documents before any change to a prompt, tool, or model ships.

Observability

Every step and tool call is traced, with cost and latency recorded per run.

Governance

Tool permissions per agent, approval gates per workflow, and an exportable audit trail.

Models

Model choice is not fixed to a single vendor. Models are selected per task and re-evaluated as they improve.

How a run moves through the platform

Sources feed the engine and document index. Agents read from both. Workflows sequence agent steps with approval gates. The checker verifies outputs before actions run. Observability and governance span every layer.

Observability

  • Traces of every step and tool call in a run.
  • Accuracy evaluated on real schedules and documents before any change ships.
  • Cost and latency recorded per run.
  • Drift alerts when agent behaviour changes against its evals.
  • Audit trail exportable for claims and disputes.
